Emergency Solutions Grant-Supplemental Funds (ESG-CV) FY 2020
As authorized by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), Dane County Continuum of Care (CoC) and the City of Madison will receive the Emergency Solutions Grant Program Supplemental Funds (ESG-CV). The ESG-CV funds must be used to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) among individuals and families who are homeless or receiving homeless assistance, as well as support additional homeless assistance and homelessness prevention activities to mitigate the impacts of COVID-19.
The City of Madison Community Development Division (CDD), in partnership with the Dane County Continuum of Care (CoC), released the ESG-CV RFP on August 11, 2020. This funding opportunity combines ESG funds that are under the control of both the City and the CoC.
