HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) 

Program Competition FY 2019

Each year HUD releases a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Continuum of Care (CoC) funding competition. In the FY 2018 competition, Dane County was awarded $3,572,436 for Permanent Supportive Housing, Rapid Rehousing, Transitional Housing, Coordinated Entry, Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and Planning projects.

HUD released the FY 2019 CoC Competition NOFA on July 3, 2019.  Visit the FY 2019 CoC Program Competition: Funding Availability page to find competition resources. The City of Madison is the Collaborative Applicant for this funding competition.  If you have any questions or are interested in applying, please reach out to Torrie Kopp Mueller, CoC Coordinator at (608)266-6254 or tkoppmueller@cityofmadison.com.

Agencies interested in applying for funds in the FY2019 CoC Competition must complete application materials and submit them to tkoppmueller@cityofmadison.com. Application materials are due on August 26, 2019 at Noon and must include:

     1. Supplemental Questions

     2. Written Standards Checklist (if not already on file with Torrie)

     3. Application submitted in E-snaps
