HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition FY 2022

Each year, HUD releases a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Continuum of Care (CoC) funding competition. In FY 2021, the Madison/Dane County CoC was awarded $4,028,914 for Permanent Supportive Housing, Rapid Rehousing, Coordinated Entry, Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and Planning Projects.

HUD released the FY 2022 CoC Competition NOFO on August 1, 2022. Please visit HUD's COC Program Competition page for more information. The City of Madison is the Collaborative Applicant for this funding competition. Applications will be accepted for new projects created from CoC Bonus or DV Bonus Funds. HUD released the amounts available for bonus funds on August 11, 2022. They are: 

     CoC Bonus: $195,698 

     DV Bonus: $189,157

Agencies interested in applying for funds in the FY2022 CoC Competition must complete application materials below and in e-snaps and submit them to hsc@cityofmadison.com by August 31, 2022 at Noon. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. Please do not wait until the deadline to submit the application. No grace period will be granted.
