Housing Navigation Services provides a list of housing vacancies in Dane County. It is updated weekly and is organized according to size, rent amount and location, allowing tenants to contact the owners and management companies who have immediate openings:

Housing Navigation is available at The Beacon (615 E. Washington Avenue, Madison) in office 201. Walk-in hours are Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and by appointment from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Walk-in hours are also available Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon. In addition, Housing Navigation provides walk-in hours at the Dane County Job Center (1819 Aberg Avenue, Madison) Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to noon.
